What will happen in a session?

At your first session, you will receive a full consultation discussing your medical history and lifestyle. Any ailments or emotional concerns will be fully talked through to ensure that we can work together to heal your concerns and have you leave the treatment feeling happier and relaxed.

Your feet will be gently cleansed before we begin with a relaxation massage, followed by a full reflexology treatment, then finishing with a moisturising foot massage and hot towel cleanse.

It will feel like a relaxing foot massage, but I will actually be addressing every system, organ and limb of the body. The reflexology treatment will last for 45 minutes. Subtle changes can be detected in specific points on the feet and at the end of the treatment any points found to be out of balance will be reviewed. We can also discuss a course of action for your health goals and aftercare advice.

A course of treatments may be recommended.

Who should have reflexology?

Reflexology is for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognise reflexology as a well-established, respected and effective therapy. Reflexology compliments other therapies and modern medicine.
